This app records your name, device and IP address alongside what you do in it, including each time you sign in, sign out, or fail to sign in, so problems can be traced and fixed. The office can see how long your visits take, and uses it for scheduling. Some data leaves the business: a full backup goes to the company’s Google Drive, visit notes are sent to Google’s AI service when you use the cleanup feature, and the location a report was filed from is sent to a mapping service to draw the picture. Ask the office how long records are kept.
